Answer for Contracts Update

Dear all,
As you all know, the whole contract situation is getting completely out of hand. There are contracts out there that I could never ask a client to sign and some I don’t even understand ei. will not be able to explain to the client. Some owners are dead set on some of these contracts, so you can have done all the work, put it on hold, make the usual contract, get it signed, and then have it returned by the owner with the demand of using another contract. And that be one you cannot ask the client to sign so you have to start all over. As it is, we actually need to know which contract the owners will use before we even present the boat to the client. Do any of you have any idea how to handle this? It makes our work next to impossible,:(
